"Working with
Coach Adina has turned out to be the best decision we could have
made for addressing our 8 year old daughter’s needs. Coach Adina
deals with the issues directly, pragmatically and in a goal oriented
fashion and ensures reinforcement of the skills and guidance she
provides to our daughter by giving us the tools and methodologies to
put into practice in our daily routines. In only a short time we
have seen considerable improvement in our daughter’s behavioral
patterns; and we realize that she has taught us techniques that will
help us with raising all of our children through their developmental
years.
Our daughter always looks forward to her time with Coach Adina and
comes out of each meeting with her own set of tools and objectives
that are specifically geared to her capabilities and understanding.
Coach Adina has an extensive understanding of children and their
behavior as well as the ability to perceive their unique personality
traits, and she bases her approach on the individuality and distinct
needs of each child in helping them succeed. We cannot thank Coach
Adina enough for her dedication in helping us and our daughter to
achieve our goals." --The Jaffes, Teaneck NJ
"Our coaching process with Adina has been nothing short of life
changing. It has made us more self aware as individuals and more
tuned in to the legitimate needs and feelings of our children. She
has taught us to recognize each child's unique strengths &
weaknesses and not to look back with guilt but rather forward to our
future, full of optimism for what we can achieve with the knowledge
we now have. We have learned the importance of our choice of words
and how there is always a nicer way to say things to our children,
who will ultimately say these words back to us one day. We have
learned how to function better as a family and how important it is
for us to model the behaviors we so desire in our children. When my
son spontaneously approached me today for the first time ever and
said a sincere "sorry" for something he has done, I knew that all
the hard work we are putting in to this process has been worth it,
and that it can only get better!" -- Sarah, mother of 3
"Through Coach Adina's philosophy associated with "connection parenting",
she has enabled my husband and me to become more proactive as parents. Rather than
waiting for the worst to happen, she has helped us realize that setting proper expectations
and focusing on our childrens' potential will lessen the chances of the "worst" from happening.
Setting realistic goals and expectations for our children has enabled us to set them up for success.
My husband and I have also realized that our relationship with one another has a direct
impact on our children and how they respond to various situations throughout their daily lives. We are hopeful
that the important lessons and skills that we have learned from coach Adina can eventually become second nature.
" -- T, mother of 3
"It was amazing how wonderful my initial coaching session was
with Coach Adina. It really opened my eyes up to how easy small
changes can make a huge difference. I am very excited to continue
this process with Coach Adina!" -- Lauren Adler, mother of 3

"I have known Adina Lederer as a colleague and friend for many
years. She is an extremely warm, knowledgeable, empathetic,
determined, and creative individual. Her strong experience as a
parent and classroom teacher will certainly enhance her ability to
succeed as a family coach." -- Robin Wexler, Associate
Principal, Moriah School, Englewood NJ
"My eight-year-old daughter was very fortunate to have Adina as
her 3rd grade teacher. At the beginning of the year, my daugther was
experiencing symptoms of anxiety. She had trouble coping with
homework and social situations--yet she usually displayed these
symptoms only at home. When I met with Morah Adina to discuss these
issues, she was extremely sympathetic and immediately responded to
the troubles we were experiencing. Throughout the school year, Morah
Adina became an in-school confidante for our daughter, someone she
could approach at any time to discuss her problems. Morah Adina
provided concrete advice, while also giving our daughter the hugs
that she needed. Morah Adina was always available to us, she checked
in regularly (she didn't wait for us to call her). She even called
to check on our daughter over the summer. Our daughter has improved
tremendously and continues to have a special relationship with Morah
Adina. We are very grateful for her advice, attention, and warmth." -- CS, Teaneck NJ
"Having known Adina for the last 12 years, I have seen firsthand

is a true labor of love for which her own children and her countless
students have benefitted tremendously." -- Barbara Flom
