Either by choice or medical necessity, more and more people are
embarking on creating a gluten-free lifestyle for themselves and
their families. Coach Adina herself has two children with Celiac
Disease and has transitioned her family to a gluten-free lifestyle.
Drawing on this experience as well as her coaching services, Coach
Adina helps families both emotionally and practically embrace the
lifestyle changes required to lead a gluten-free life.
Working with Coach Adina, you will learn:
• Practical suggestions for setting up a gluten-free kitchen
including how to shop and cook gluten-free and preventing
cross-contamination
• Advocating for you and your children when eating out
• How to guide others in gluten-free food preparation (e.g. friends
hosting parties, camp situations, etc.)
• How to help your children cope with Celiac Disease and living
gluten free
