Adina Lederer is an ACPI CCPF (Certified Coach for Parents and Families) who works with parents and children to develop effective skills and strategies to deal with life’s daily challenges. Drawing on her experiences as a parent, teacher and coach, Adina empowers parents to define and realize both short and long term goals in order to bring more harmony and balance to her client’s family life.

Adina’s passion is positive parenting, something she is fortunate enough (along with her husband) to practice daily with her four children. Having the innate ability to look deep within both children and adults and understand what they are feeling, she can quickly tap into their hearts and assess problems and challenges and come up with solutions.

Prior to her opening her own Parent Coaching practice, Adina was professionally trained as a teacher and taught grade school aged children for more than 15 years. During her years in the classroom, she taught her students coping strategies to allow them to deal with daily challenges both in and out of the classroom while helping them develop strong self-esteem by focusing on their unique personalities, talents and struggles. Drawing on her many successes over the years in the classroom, Coach Adina continues to help her clients not only overcome their challenges and struggles but helps them thrive in both the classroom and home environments.

Adina has been guided by her motto which she uses daily as a coach and a parent – “If you believe it, you can achieve it!”
